1 8oz package cream cheese 1/3 cup white wine 1/3 cup Vadhalia onion, diced 3 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, diced 1 small package sliced smoked salmon 2-3 Tbsp Just Awesome Sauce La Cura (or to taste) French bread GARNISH Capers Red onion Fresh Dill
DIRECTIONS Line a small mixing bowl with plastic wrap, then sliced salmon - reserve enough salmon to cover the top. Dice remaining salmon. Cook onion and white wine in frying pan on medium heat until wine is reduced to about 3 Tbsp. Add in cream cheese to melt and combine with wine and onion. Once cheese has melted, add in chopped dill, jalapeno, and diced salmon. Remove from heat and add Just Awesome Sauce La Cura; stir to combine. Add cream cheese mix to salmon lined bowl. Cover with reserved salmon slices. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator to chill. To serve, remove plastic wrap and turn out onto plate. Garnish with red onion, capers, and fresh dill. Serve with French bread.
This dish is Awesome served with bread or crackers. If you like more heat, you can use Just Awesome Sauce Fuego or Loco in place of La Cura; add Just Awesome Sauce to taste to desired heat level.
